Same guy! He started with free youtube videos and now also makes tutorials for the website. I've watched several tutorials and Alexis' are my favorite. For one he has that calming Bob Ross-like voice and he never makes assumptions about what you know, so each video stands alone.
I just want to thank you so much for the link to these tutorials. My 9 yr old granddaughter & I just watched 2 of them and the instructor was tops for us. He was very patient and took time to explain his tecniques, I was looking to buy the set of advanced artistpower training cds which are half price now at advanced artist.com. I may yet get them. I have been researching which wacom to get and he answered my query with the bamboo which is under $100.00. My granddaughter watched, spellbound at what she could do with the tablet. I have watched tutorials bythis same man before and they were also very helpfull. Other videos I have seen were blury and it seemed that the idea was that, " this is nice but we want you to buy our cds" it you want to really see what & where we are clicking on. Anyway, thanks.

Yes, I did. I bought Advanced Artist power bundle, it is worth every pennie. You will learn the program, how to create pro artwork in no time, color management, color separations that really outputs with no problems and many many tricks. Trust me, this one is the one you are looking for.
