Default How do I create this sunlight "effect"?

I mean the "sunlights" on image attached. Can be done on Freehand or must be done on Photoshop?

Here is another example.

I'd appreciate so much if anyone can upload a vector file of it.

Check out sites like Free Vector Art & Graphics :: Recent Vectors :: Page 1, vecteezy.com and vector4free.com. I have seen some of those "rising sun" images on those sites. They are all in vector format (obviously)

if you have illustrator i recommend using it all the time, use it exclusively and get a wacom board once you get the knack of it you will never want to free hand draw ever again . Also i have found there are tutorials abound on the internet on how to draw/render anything by just searching some tutorials, as well as great videos on you tube. good luck!

I actually just used a similar design to this on a shirt this week. I made mine from scratch in Corel by simply making a circle, then a rectangle, then weld them together and repeat until you have the effect you desire. I also placed my design inside of a circle to give the rays a rounded end.

Here is a great tutorial I ran upon that helped me with various aspects of Corel: YouTube - Make a Key in CorelDRAW in 5 minutes!
