I've tried whatthefont.com and searched threw my font collection cd's still can't identify this font.

Is too hard to identify fonts. Usually some people created on the spot and you dont know how.
I create fonts in Illustrator and I manipulated so much that I can't remember what I did.
Then I use. This program is easy. I just make my own.
