Default In need of help with Pad printing

We are a t-shirt manufacturer that screen prints currently and have begun to pad print our tags. We would like to know what inks people are recommended and if anyone could give me tips about pad printing. I have a hard time with laying the inks and the color. Does anyone else find there is a lack of vibrance when color is applied to the shirts?

You are pad printing shirts?
I pad print but I have never tried doing it on shirts. Let me know how it works. I don't know of anyone that does padprinting on t-shirts but I could be wrong.

There are a few companies that do it apparently but not many. So far I can get an image and print that has a nice appearance but the color of the ink isn't as vibrant as it should. White tends to look faded.
