Default what options are there for over print designs

Hi,
I'mcompletely new to this world and so I'm learning all I can but I am wondering what options there are for T shirt over print designs. My designs generally go front front to back as one big picture so it does require overprint. My questions is how can I acheieve this design on a T shirt, what are the different options and any ideas on costs.

Do a search at the top of this page on 'belt printing' and 'all over printing'. While these have minimums that usually start at 144 pieces, they are a good option to consider for this type of printing.
