Default Drawing Tablet Wacom Intuos 2

I JUST PURCHASED A DRAWING TABLET, THE WACOM INTUOS 2. ANYBODY HAVE SOME GOOD SETTING FOR THIS TABLET. I USE COREL DRAW 12. WHEN I TRY TO DRAW CERTAIN THINGS THEY JUST COME OUT BAD. THE LINES RESHAPE THEMSELVES. WHAT TOOL SHOULD I USE FOR THE PEN. WHAT SETTINGS SHOULD I USE. ANY TIPS AVAILABLE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. ANY LINKS WOULD ALSO BE GREAT. THANKS FOR EVERYBODIES HELP.

When you switch to the bezier and or pen tools, the property bar will change. There is a number slider box on the far right. This is the freehand smoothing settings. Change it to a lower number for a more accurate draw. The less the number the more accurate = more nodes.

Just curious, as I am looking into getting one of these. Did you buy it from the Wacom site and how much are they?

Back when I was going to purchase one, I read a lot of reviews and found that Wacom seemed to be the best. Thanks for the info.
