i am after a free program that can resize images from small to large, without losing detail or becoming blocky or looking ****, lol. can anyone help me?
Hooray, someone else recommending Irfanview! I love it, works great for resizing, converting, viewing, and a few other features. As with any program though, if you are upsizing something it will get distorted, depending on the image and how large you make it.
If you really want to upsize it a lot, you will probably want to make it into a vector image.
I picked up Infraview due to the fact it was the only Vector able viewer I found for free. And I found Infrathumbnails was the best for going through CDs and DVDs loaded with images i.e. clipart and vector graphics. ALso, MS Paint has its, abilities.
