I have a small order request, just 3 shirts. I do heatpress vinyl normally and Im not really feeling this design in cad cut vinyl. The design would be one on the left chest and a larger on the back. Question is, with this small of an order, what would be the best method of printing these? A link to the design in question would help so...... LINK
Thank guys.
Grey is the color of choose for the shirts. I guess I need to find someone with the right inks or someone using the duracotton laser papers to source it.

Problem is, I have a standard HP all in one. The inks arent water proof and Im not looking to do less than top notch. Also, I didnt want to change anything with this printer. I may pick up a C88 for the job but I was looking into laser printers and the Dura-cotton paper for a little down the road.
By what the customer has told me, Im looking at a no more than a 3" on the left chest and something in the hood of 8" to 9" across the shoulders/back. I may look into buying some of the Dura-cotton and see if my local printer will do this on their laser printer. I like the idea of no trimming and with the purchase of other sheets, I can do darks and/or glossy finishes.

Don't feel like spending three weeks weeding and lining up each design?

I'd agree with the dtg/standard heat transfer suggestions.
If you're considering buying a laser printer to use duracotton, this might be a good opportunity to outsource production to someone using that setup to see if you are happy with the results.
