Hi, I am having trouble downloading the inkscape open source program onto my mac. Has anyone with a mac had the same problem or is there some input I need to download first or anything? What is the trick? Please help!
Yes I am. I downloaded it and try to open it and when I do this it says inkscape may take a few minutes to load and nothing happens. Any clues what is wrong???
I successfully loaded it on my son's mac a couple of weeks ago. I would make sure you are downloading the correct file for the OS X verison you have, download it and try again.

You are downloading the mac version and not the windows one, right?
