I just purchased Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web premium for Windows and I can't get the CS4 discs to install...no EXE files or anything.

I can't figure it out?

I tried it on 2 laptops, both Vista. ONLY thing I can think of is if the 1.8-1.9 dual core processors aren't allowing them to install? I can't see ANYTHING to install, so i don't see that being the program. If it was a hardware issue, it would pop up that it was a hardware issue in install?

Adobe customer help is an email only type deal...I'll see what I can get from them.

Currently have a VERY expensive program on a disc that is worthless

Mine were fine???? CS4 on Vista Business.
32 or 64bit version?

32bit Vista Home Premium. Did it automatically open? Mine isn't doing ANYTHING...very odd? I'm pretty computer saavy and I'm confused

Could be a damaged disc - Perhaps you can download the trials from Adobe and just add the serial keys?

Adobe has phone support although I agree with Dave, just use your serials with a download. If you want to make sure your disc are fine go into My Computer and see if the disc shows up for your DVD drive. If it does, right click and autorun. That should work.

I couldn't find the number? I'll look more.

The disc shows up..but won't auto play anything. Good idea on the trials..may try that!

Nevermind

My version had a big piece of paper over the left side of the CD case. Under the CD case was disc 1. If you don't put disc 1 in first..it won't read any of the other discs. Moved paper..found disc one..and now we're cooking with fire
