Default Corel and cut master 2.0 for Graphtec cutter

I'm cutting numbers for the backs of jerseys. Graphtec 5000-60. firmware 2.70. i have about 50 numbers in a corel file. When i highlight 1 number and send it to the cutter via the plug-in it appears all the numbers are getting scanned before i get to the cut/plot interface. this takes forever just to cut 1 number. thanks.

Cut master will use everything that is in the file even if you hide a layer that contains vector objects.

You have to pick the number you are going to be cutting. Highlight and copy it. Open a new file and paste the number. Send it to the plotter via plug in.

Here is another way of doing it. I jut tested it and it works.
  1. Load the file.
  2. Add a new Layer.
  3. Click and highlight the number or numbers of interest. (assuming that the numbers do not belong to a contagious of combined characters and are broken into single or pair of numbers.)
  4. Press Ctrl+C to copy the number(s).
  5. Click on the new layer in the Object Manager tab in the Docker window to make it the active layer.
  6. Press Ctrl+V to paste the number(s) on the new layer.
  7. Hide the rest of the numbers by clicking the Eye Icon of the layer(s) that contain the rest of the numbers.
  8. Disable printing of the rest of the numbers by clicking on the Printer Icon in the same layer(s).
  9. Press Ctrl+A to or click on the number(s) to select the number(s) to be cut.
  10. Send the number(s) to the plotter via plug in interface.
The new layer can be used as a vehicle for new number(s) by deleting what is in it and replace with new number(s). To pick new number(s). Click on the Eye Icon of the layer(s) that contain the number(s) of interest. Then follow steps 2 to 7, skip 8 and proceed to 9 and 10.
