Exclamation RIP and be happy!!!!

Hi. I have talked to alot of people and posted questions about RIP's but end up in the same place confused. Ok so i need a RIP so i downloaded "ghostscript" than i was told i need "ghostview" as well , so downloaded that as well. than i find out i need a "driver". ok i just need someone to break it down for me plain and simple. i just need it laid down in lamens terms casue apparrently i am a lamen. I have a "PC" and my printer is an "Epson CX3810(INKJET)" can someone please tell me what RIP (free if possible) works with "inkjet" printers and PC's and what driver i need(for epsons or inkjet printers)!! this would make my christmas wish come true. cuz all i want under the tree is for santa to bring me peace of mind about RIP's so i can start printing.....thx in advance merry christmas!!! (not happy holidays.lol.)

Use a larger printer or the driver you use in ghostscript, you dont have to actually have the printer, ghost script just needs the paper configurations from the printer driver.
If you can find the tutorial Fred has done on ghostscript, it's the most complete and easy to follow article on getting the thing to work. It does work- I use it, it IS TRICKY to get installed and working. Be patient, you'll get it. PM Fred from Imageit.
