Ok, I am well...

We design and implement custom logo designs. I know there are several people on the forum that so what I do, bigger and better. Our business is small, it is something I have done on my own for myself for years. After an illness that lead to disability I enjoy the design process even more. So I started designing for others about 4 years ago.

I have one client, that is well.... demanding. But, they do order many, many items several times a year.

And there is a problem with her order. Here is my problem...
I deal directly with "a" factory. They have given me fairly good service over the years.

This year we decided to order several designs early so we wouldn't end up like this the few days before the holiday. It was November 22nd. My rep. took vacation the week before Thanksgiving and my order was send to another in the office to place.

She returned and said the order was placed. Then nothing. Calling almost daily for the last week. And still at the factory oversea's not shipped yet. Finally it arrived on Thursday but couldn't ship it out until Friday. Then, a huge overnight fee. Then, weather problems and finally at 4:45p today my order. A little stress but relieved, I turned on the machine and was ready to start. Everything is organized, opened the transfers and THE WRONG STONE COLOR!!! This client has been delayed for 2 weeks, their clients are on vacation, she will personally deliver the items on Monday because this is to be Christmas gift for her clients children. Sent an email to "the" company and again my rep. will be on vacation until after Christmas.

What to do...
-hand set 45 designs? Do I have enough stones?

Any suggestions? I thought about getting the dremil out and engraving a templete to help with this. Anyone done this before. Any suggestion would be helpful. I have to deliver this by tomorrow.
