Default Could this be "Screen Printed"

I took that T-Shirt Mock Up idea and made my own T-Shirt Mock Up by applying the same techniques used to create the ones seen on website selling the templates.

My concern is that again there's a lot of colors being used and a actual photo image of a person in the middle as you can see. Now is this possible to screen print?

Yes this is possible to screen print. Although there seems to be quite a bit of colors especially on the main guy's jacket. 4 color process might have to be the way to go unless you do direct to garment printing which won't matter how many colors you have on your design.

Ok sorry for asking so many questions..but like i've said in a previous post I've always been just a Graphic Designer and never ventured into the world of Graphic Designing specifically for T-Shirts and Garments.

So what exactly is direct to garment printing?

I have this shirt my friend gave me awhile back to promote his album...and the image on it looks like it was literally printed on..i might have to take a picture of it and post it sometime...because i've always been curios on what type of method he used to get that graphic on there.

Direct to garment or DTG is basically just like a regular inkjet printer except it is setup to print on shirts. Print shops that do this usually just do small runs because it is time consuming and it gets pretty costly with all the ink usage.
That shirt you have could very well be a dtg printed shirt.
Hopefully that answers your question.
