Default Print area limitations

Hello,

I am new to this forum and I'm glad there is a community that can support creatives like myself and other folks within the business.

My question is:

What is the best printing process to create artwork with maximum print coverage on a shirt?

Background:

I've been using a screen printer that I'm quite happy with in the Northwest U.S. area, and want to work with him to create shirts that have the same print coverage that I have been seeing lately. He tells me that his equipment only has about 15in x 15in maximum print coverage. What process can create this type of work:

Thank you for any advice!
