[Photoshop] - Halftone Angle for 35 lpi halftone in cs3
Can anyone recommend what angle i should be using with a 35lpi halftone. It looks weird like there are small squares all over the image filled with the halftone dots when i use 35lpi and 45 degrees. When i do it at 45 and 45 it looks fine. Will those squares go away when i print? Is there a formula or anything i should be using when doing different sized dots. Thanks.
The way it looks on the monitor. Will that effect the print? I just don't want to waste printing material if I don't have to. Its a 1$ per sheet. Its not alot but it adds up.
it'll be fine then, if you zoom in you'll see that it the dots will look normal. you're getting a moire pattern with the dots and your monitors resolution.
I ran a lot of test prints before hollering for help from the RIP guy. To completely eliminate moire patterns I finally came to use 45 line round, rotated to 22.5 on 230 mesh screens.
