I think, it is times new roman. But, i am not sure. If you want any information about the font size, you can search from google and lot of websites are available nowadays.

Times New Roman? I hope you're kidding man!

Here's a very similar one you could easily edit if you had Illustrator or a similar program that would allow you to convert the type to outlines and just tweak the points:

Also, if you have time, you can redraw it...

If you don't need it in a HUGE hurry, I would be willing to vectorize it in Illustrator for you

yeah that's what i was planning to use but i might have to do it myself if my customer doesn't like it. its like a paragraph i was just hoping there was a font out there to cut down time.
