Default Total Noob Question on Printing

Hello All,

Apologies as I am sure this is posted over and over again, but a search could not readily find what I was looking for.

I am wanting to know by what process best prints offset shirts. That is, with graphic rolling off-center or over the shoulder or up the back, etc.

Also, if someone could refer me to print shops that specialize in this, it would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I want to be able to print a shirt that has a design that encompassess the entire face of the shirt, not just a12x12 square. Also, being able to print in "odd" places such as over the shoulder would be nice.
