Default font help

anybody know what font this is, or where i can get a vector of this logo. i gust need a solid black vector no shading or showdows.

This is an active company logo. So, you're probably not going to find a vector of their logo readily floating around out there. If you have Corel Draw, I can walk you thru vectorizing it. Let me know.

The font is Myriad Pro (Bold, Italics)
Import the jpeg into Corel.
Go to BITMAPS - MODE - BLANK AND WHITE
Select "LINE ART" as your conversion method
Then goto BITMAPS - TRACE BITMAP
Lineart should be suficient.
Trace the logo.

If the lettering doesn't look as good as the curves, that's okay because you have the font. Delete the traced letters, replace them with your bold, italicized font. You may have to delete a couple of nodes using the shape tool to get the curves perfect.

Convert the font to shapes & you're done! That will help you next time . . . the attachment should help you now.
