Ok so I have some designs sketched up on paper/computer,etc how do I go by getting them cleaned up to put on shirts???? Do the printing companies do that? And does it cost more??? Or???

You usually have to get either a graphic designer or some software and do it yourself. You can scan in your sketches and the clean them up or trace them in a vector program. I would think you could find a printing company to do it but yes they would charge. Most printers just print what you give them.

I use corel x3 and I purchased the tutorials from advanced artist which has helped alot!! I am now able to do most things myself now but if i happen to run into a difficult design i send it to a graphic artist for clean up.

Try Vector Dr., they charge but hey if you can't do it yourself then you have to pay someone to do it for you. Some printers will do it for you but again they will charge for the artwork.
