Default What File type do i save my Art as??

I'm Still Very new to design. What file type do i save my art as in order to be able to use it as is for screenprinting purposes?

I think you will do best with a vector image...I don't do screen printing but I believe this format will let your screen printer with color separation...JMO

Screen printers need it in .eps, cdr, pdf, that so they can resize it to fit the shirt. Hope this helps, John

if your using .ai make sure the screenprinter accepts that file type if not save as .eps or .psdf like the above suggestion
