Default Design and printing techniques

how would I get the below image from digital format to a shirt.
Specifically what program would you use, PS or AI? Would you keep it a pixel/raster image or would you vectorize it?

Would you do screen print, DTG, or other ?

If you want one shirt, send it to a DTG printer or use something like Cafepress. Hopefully you have a higher res version.

Photoshop / pixel / DTG would be by far the easiest. If you're planning on doing a large quantity, Photoshop / pixel / Screenprint / Let the printer worry about how to sort it out for printing.
