Hi Guys, I am loving the new look for tees with the grunge type designs that maybe go up one side and over the shoulder. Winged hearts and that type of designs. No skulls for me! LOL How is that done?? Is it direct to garment printing or what. Can I do it with a heat press? I want to do it and embellish with embroidery. Any help here would be great or if anybody is doing this, what could I expect to pay for shirts with this type of work? Thanks!

It can be done with screen printing, with DTG, with plastisol transfers.
It's just a matter of finding the printer that can handle those type of designs and getting the artwork setup correctly for that printer.

Too many variables to say Depends on the number of colors, the print method you select, the quantity you run, etc.
Best to just ask around to a few different printers to see how much they would charge.
Keep in mind that many printers won't print over the seams in a garment because of the ink deposits that can get left there. Makes for an inconsistent print. Some will and will just caution the customer, you may be able to find a few that will with some research.
Thanks Rod, How do you get the light color coverage with screen printing? Is that possible or do you suggest the DTG method? Do you have a company who would do the large print? I can do without the over the shoulder thing. Just a wild idea I had but most places I have seen are limited to smaller areas. Any help here would be great!!! Thanks again
