The design I am having a problem getting to print correctly consists of using a photo and doing a vignette on it. Then I put a border around the photo and when I do a fountain fill on the border to fade it out, the actual print comes out with just the border on it, but the photo in the center is blank. When I take the fountain fill off the border, the whole design will print...what do I need to do to get the whole design to print with the fountain fill on the border?

I'd suggest converting it to a raster format, which should give you WYSIWYG. Select all the items, then do Bitmap, Convert to Bitmap, give it a decent DPI (300 should be more than enough, but you may want to use something smaller if it's a fairly big image just so you don't have a huge file), do either RGB 24bit or CMYK. Then print as normal and hopefully no more issues! You may want to copy your original vectors first, as after converting they will not be there anymore!
