Default Fast RIP trouble

I am trying to print supplied artwork. The colors are selected in order to run as seperations. But when I try and print one of the seperations it pulls my film through once, and then the second time will print an error message in the center of the film. The error message says: ERROR: typecheck OFFENDING COMMAND: setcolor STACK: dictionary/identity H. Any help with this? Do I need the artwork resent? or do I need to change a setting? Thanks.

That is a postscript error. Something in the file is causing it, anything from a graphics to a text. Have you converted the entire design to outlines? Just a thought. You could delete each graphic one by one, trying to print after each delete, to find out which component is causing the problem.
