Here's a design a customer wants me to recreate for him. He said he previous printer got these 4 images from clipart. Does anybody recognize these, or know where I could get them myself?

Hi. Try clipart.com They have loads of rescue services clipart available.

That was the first place I tried. Couldn't find any of these there. But then I don't really even what some of these things are pictures of.

I'm going to have a guess at this Rusty.

Top left guy looks like an oil rig jockey. Bottom left guy looks like he is leaving (or entering) a sewer. Bottom right guy looks like he is dealing with a chemical spillage. Have absolutely no idea what the top right image is.

Sorry can't help more than that, but sure lots of folks on here will come up with ideas for you.

top left / rescue tools / top right high angle rescue / bottom left sewer rescue and lower right is class a hazmat suite ( i'm a firefighter) have you tried to upload into corel or adobe and vector it yourself. I have been playing around with my corel x3 and have gotten pretty good at it.

Try searching also for first responder. First responders are trained in chemical spills, fire and rescue (My husband does this) I think that might be a term that would work.

Thanks everyone. I have tried using the trace function in AI, and that's probably what I will end up doing, but you always loose some detail when you do that. I was just taking a shot that somebody might recognize some of this clipart, and where it came from. And I know it's a really LONG shot.

I looked on iclipart.com and they have some good rescue clipart there. there are also alot of random rescue clipart sites on google.

Why don't you just extract them using Photoshop or Corel Photopaint?
I'm not a "real" artist, but that seems to me the simplest way to do it.

It's a low res graphic. For multi-color screen printing, I need it to be a vector.

I can create a vector out of myself. The problem is that it's a low resolution raster image. Even the vector Dr. can only do so much with that.
