Default adding a color to the palette

Hello
Corel X3.
On the RGB palette I couldn't find Royal Blue so I found the RGB components and I wanted.
I added it to the palette but I can't seem to put a name to it. Just shows up as R72 G118 B238.
Is there a way to give it a name ?

thanks
Mark
