Default color scheme

I'm trying to make a New York Yankees t-shirt for a local little league. When I print, the grey on my color palette seems to turn 'light-blue-ish'... How do I get a solid grey, without the blue-ish tint? If some one has the pantone color for the Yankess, that would be great!!! thankx

Is this a printer or silkscreen question? What are you trying to print to?

I have found the best way to color match when I print, is to print out a color chart and find the closest gray from the chart to use from your printed chart. Because your monitor is rgb and printers print cmyk sometimes the colors can look different when printed.
