Default Downloading vector artwork

HELP!!!!
I would appreciate any info. someone can give. I am starting a new clothing line and want to purchase some vector artwork to download.
I do not have any graphic design software.I am looking for someone who I can email the designs to and who can then download them for me, for a fee, so that I can then
deliver the disc or memory stick to my screen printing guy.
Is there anyone who know how I would go about finding someone who can do this?
Thanks so much!

There are freeware programs that you can get that work with vectors. Try Inkscape.

You don't need a vector program to just download a file. You only need it if you want to open it. Why don't you just email it directly to the printer?

You need some kind of rendering program period. The idea that you dont need anything is just stupid. Every and all vendors have profiles they can and will accept, If you are serious purchase a vector art prog.

You are starting a clothing line with zero art exp.?
