Question Need help for this design

Hello, I have this jpeg design my customer sent me which I had digiitized for my embroidery machine and now I need to make some heat imprinted tee shirts and bags using my heat press. I have a roland gx24 with cutstudio software I do have adobe and Corel draw but for some reason I cannot get this eps file to show up in my cutstudo software . I think I am missing some important part of knowledge to make this work. IF any of you pros can give me a hint or two I would be greatly appreciate it. I need this about 12 inches wide and have it in that size in an eps format but that is too big of a size to put on the forum. Thank you to all of you

Save your file as bitmap (not jpeg) import into Adobe and then save as Eps file then export to cutstudio. Hope this helps. Goodluck

If you are in Photoshop just select all then copy. Open Cut Studio and paste it. I do this with Illustrator also. The file extension doesn't matter.
