Default setting up screen for single color....

Hello All,
Ive done design for many years but never had to make screen seperations for t shirts. I made a single color design simlar to what I have attached here. I am fairly certain if this can be printed with a single color it would look nice as it has a weather vintage washed out look and would be most cost effective that way as well. After all it woul be a single color , one screen different varients of of white. I looked up some info but everything is about doing 4 color cmyk halftone patterns when this is only one color so I am ab it lost. Can anyone help?
The printer I was dealing with told me I needed to get this into a 45lpi screen and it should print nice.

If the guy doing your printing says he can do it, no problem, what are your concerns?

We use Corel 3X and there's a setting for LPI, it prints the art out with the halftones in 1 color.
Hope that helps.

Change your color to a pantone. If you have a PS printer under separations click the ADVANCE BUTTON which will bring up the colors Frequency, Angle and Halftone Dot Type. If this guy has dome any real printing it should take him 1 minute to do this for you. If you have any issues email your art.
