How do I adjust for shirt (paper) color in Corel Draw X3?
I used Corel Draw many years ago, and at that time, there was a way to adjust my artwork based on paper color, so that when I printed out on blue paper, my red turned out red - not purple.
I've started back up with Corel Draw X3, and I can't figure out how to do this. I'd like to adjust my artwork for the PMS colors of the shirts I'll be printing on with my DTG printer. Does anyone know how to do this?

Does your machine print white also? If it does white, it is a moot point. You will need to print a white underbase.
If it doesn't, I will have to look but I think there is a setting for preserve overprint. I have a dtg with no white. I don't recommend it unless it is a very light color.

Great try - Thanks, KenS - but overprint doesn't do it. The way I understand it, overprint makes sure that there's no gap between printed blacks and adjoining colors by creating an intermediate, interpolated color blend - like a micro bleed.

You can adjust the color of material the Brother is printing on in the properties dialog, this is supposed to help conserve ink and get a better match I believe. I was really worried about this when I first got the machine, thinking my designs were going to really be distorted on anything but white, but I've actually been very pleased with what it generates. Other than that, I've thought about writing my own VBA module to help add the RGB values for shirts to selected objects to get a better match per se, however I do not think that would get a true rendition as to how it would look printed from the Brother.

I use the driver adjustments a lot. They do, indeed work very well, if you've got pastel pink, blue, yellow, or grey.
I get requests to print all kinds of colored designs on different color shirts. For example, I've got one right now where i'm printing the same design on white and athletic gold. Adjusting for yellow does help somewhat, but the designs do appear quite different. I'd like to be able to adjust for the actual PMS colors of the shirts.
