So the process of registering for the actual copyright looks more scary than registering for the trademark.

I'm gonna be doing all online applications, can anyone prep me for them?

What to have ready?

How lond do they take to do?

where are you located, what site are you using to register the trademark?
I used the USPTO site and it took about an hour to complete and a few weeks to get a reply then a few more days to fix problems with the application. If you are using the USPTO site then you could download the app to review and samples ready.
There are a few threads that have some registration info in registering a trade mark, I'm sure a quick search will bring them up. I posted a thread that has info on what i did when I registered my logo for trademark.
