Default Having trouble opening an eps file
I have an .eps file that I need to open and then edit for a job. Seems like there are some .eps files that only open in Illustrator...is this correct? I use Corel. I usually have people send me files in .wmf (windows meta file) if they are working in Illustrator since I have never had a problem opening these. Is anyone able to take a look at this? I tried attaching, but the file is too large to attach to this message. If you can help, I can certainly email it to you. My email is [email address]

have you tried the "import" command in CorelDraw?

I was going to recommend the same thing...

My Corel X3 sometimes crashes if I try to pull an .eps from the scrapbook...

Anything created in Illustrator CS3 will give you problems, have them save it in an earlier version's format.

I've tried the import command. Could be the CS3 issue. Thankfully there are some great people on here that were able to help me out and get it to a format that I can open.
