Default Corel Seperations Issues

I have been working in Corel Draw now for about 10 years. However, I have not printed in seperations in quite a while. While, I remember everything as being really easy, I have to be missing something here.

Basically I have about 10 objects that have a 2 or 3 pt outline. This print is a 1 color, with the intentions of the outlines being the color of the garment. I currently have all of my fills set at a Blue Pantone with my Outlines set as a Black Pantone. To my knowledge, I should be seeing only two layers of seperation in the print setup, right? Well I am showing: Cyan, Yellow, Black, Black Pantone, and Blue Pantone.

Now here comes the weird part. In the design info, I am only showing my two Spot Colors in use. When I go to show a print preview with all layers checked, I am showing blank plates for the CMYK's and my two spot colors appear to be correct. Since I am only wanting the Blue layer, I just go back and uncheck all of the others. I go back to check the preview, and all is well. However, when my print actually comes out, all of my outlines are printing. It is almost like the outlines are not seperating at all. They are correct in preview, but completely wrong in the print.

Is their something I am missing in the settings? This is getting very frustrating. FYI, I am using Corel Draw 11 on a Mac, which has been non stop frustrating the entire time I have owned it, but it is what it is.

Not sure about 11, as I use X3. But a couple of things. If it shows those colors selected in the print seperations tabs, there are prob those colors somewhere in your design.

When going to the print function, you should have a selection for "device independent postscript printer" as a printer choice. Choose that for your printer selection, unless you actually have a post script printer that is. Where the colors are shown, take the check mark out of the colors you dont want printed.
