For a
DTG printer, I am trying to find the best way to print simple text. The customer will provide us the text type (arial, times etc) and size. I am assuming we need to convert that to an image to do the printing. Also, we support different colors of t-shirts. I have the GIMP software to do the editing. Should I be creating a transparent PNG image with the text? Is there any other way to do this? Any help is highly appreciated.
