I have a bunch of graphics and signs that are vectorized and cutter ready that i bought and downloaded on eps files.Now the problem that i have is i don't remember what software to use to edit the text that it has now and add my own text to these signs.Also i don't have coreldraw or illustrator is there any other program i can do this with?

How's free sound to you?

Inkscape. Draw Freely.

Many people here use InkScape, and it's a great alternative if you don't have Illy or Corel.

Just be warned...you may not be able to edit text in an EPS file that you've bought. It may have been converted to an object or curves, and may not be editable as text anymore. But you can always substitute it with your own text.
