Well I have a ton of questions about this business so be prepared I am going to be an avid poster and replier. So here goes. I am looking to get the look like an Affliction t-shirt. Not necessarily their style of design because I feel that is just ripping them off. But a high-quality t-shirt with MY personal artwork and water-based ink. Does anyone know where I can both high-quality blanks, such as the ones used by Affliction, and the printing done all in the same place?

A lot of the trendy shirts now a days print on American Apparel (also Alternative Apparel). Most screen shops should be able to do print on those as well. You could look at local printers and ask them if they can do that, they should be familiar with it.
