Default Perfect screen print process

I'm new to this market, but I'm ready to handle my screenprinting process. I'm putting end to outsourcing.

Could you please advise me on selecting a perfect screenprinting equipment for a new starter and how to go about getting an effective training to become an expert.

Thanks.

I bought the SPHO package from Silk Screening Supplies .com, screen printing equipment, silk screen printing kits, it's a great kit to start on. They have an instructional DVD that comes with it that walks you through the entire process. Somewhat boring at times but it's good information. There's also TONS of instructional videos on YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.. The process seems overwhelming at first, but as you do it, it will all become second nature.

Expert, that will take years of practice. Using Water based, plastisol, discharge, matching pantones, specialty inks, high density. This is just the surface and it will not be learned and espeically become an expert over night.

Another question is why are you not outsourcing any more. Many large companies outsource their printing and concentrate on what they do best, design and sell. Maybe you just had the wrong printer.
