Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew why some colors peel after washing and some stick great? I had some do this while using one color before and recently I had an order that called for 4 colors to be layered one on top of the other, each one being just a little smaller than the last. Well I received a call from my customer saying that all stayed together great except one color and it came apart on several shirts in the same spot. It was the neon green and lemon yellow would not stay together, there was still the first layer on the shirt and the white attached to the yellow on everyone when it came out of the dryer. Does this make any sense to anyone? I need to redo the shirts and want to avoid this from happening again.

what brand are you using? I use Thermoflex plus, Ive layer'd several shirts and had no problem with it lifting after pressing or multiple washings. Try pressing longer or increase pressure. so it gets a good seal.

Hey Billie, Just to let you know I had the same problem with the neon Green (Thermaflex brand) it did not stick to the black (Thermaflex) I was putting it on, it wasn't a shirt for a customer just one for my son as a sample.
Good luck with doing your replacements.
