Default Getting Images To Your Computer

How Do You Get Images Onto Your Computer? Do You A Scanner From Hand Drawing, Or Draw Use Computer? I Have No Idea? Need Help Please!!!!!

You can use a scanner then put the image in illustrator and add the final touches.

Lock the acquired/placed image and draw over it. Or if the scan is dark enough, run it thru LiveTrace(AI) or PowerTrace(X3)

from there you can get an idea of whats next.

Also, if you do alot of sketching and do it at your computer, a Wacom tablet is a great investment. A little pricey but worth every dime if this your bread and butter way of creating.

i scanned a "hand" drawing into my computer..i would like to open it in illustrator 10 and darken it...when i print on film its pretty light. ho would i do that?
