hope this is correct place to ask for help with this problem

I am trying to print a design (just a word) with my epson 3000
my lettering is 13 wide by 6 tall but every time i go to print out the design on postives it seems as if the whole word is of center so i miss like the last two letters
i have printer set up as 1300 wide 1500 long
and the design is 13 wide and is centered on page correctly.
any ideas on how to get the whole word or design?

what software are you using to print? i know with corel that the page in corel has to be the same size and orientation as your paper - and your image has to be exactly on the corel page where you want it to be printed on the paper. oh! you need to set the page size and orientation in your printer setup as well....

I have tried a few difrent programs to print from and all have same problem. seems as if there is a inch margin on one side or something
so it doesnt start printing till after one inch into the film
i have my printer set up as paper width 1300 and length 1500
and my image is 13 inches by 6 inches tall i go into print preveiw and shows it should be correct.

thanks to stitch101 at tspmb for the awnser
On the infeed of the printer it says loading
paper. You will see a line and arrow in the plastic. pull your fence over to the line
until you here it click.
works fine now
