Unhappy X3: How do you reset back to factory default

I need some help badly. On my Corel X3 some of my commands stopped working (save, cut, copy....) and I don't know how to reset back to the factory settings. On the tool bar or on the drop menu, the commands are still there but they are highlighted in gray and don't work when select them. Any info will be helpful.

Hit F8 when you're restarting CorelDRAW and that will either give you the option of resetting to factory defaults or it will just do it (never done it myself).

Thank you for your help, but it didn't work. I did what you said and a window popped up and asked to reset and I click yes. Then the program finishes loading those same commands are still in gray.

I'm sorry.

Corel has been doign some weird things with us lately, too. I don't know what it's all about. I'm hoping it's not a virus targetting X3.

which commands are you unable to access? maybe that'll give us a clue where to at least start looking...the F8 on restart should take it back to default settings

The commands that aren't working are cut, copy, save, export. I can do all the designing I want but I can't save it, copy, or export to a PDF.

I would remove the program...and re install since F8 did not work...just make sure you save your images to a separate folder if you have not done so already

did you buy the disc set or buy as a download? it sounds like it's behaving as an unregistered trial copy....charles is right - you need to uninstall and reinstall, sorry

Actually, yeah. It sounds like your license is broken.

Your trial period expired or something like that, have you bought this program?
