My problem is how to make my jpeg images into vector files without manually redrawing them. I tried the trace function in Corel X3 but it's not that helpful because it can not draw/trace the jpeg well.
Could there be another software that can solve my problem?
Thank you.

Check out AdvancedArtist.com actually a good site for designers, but I found way too late thats it's only for Corel artists so that might be up your alley, they have hours and hours of tutorials where the video shows what to click on and etc right on screen.

I have heard some people like the Imagarzoo (or something spelled close to this) software. It looked pretty simple when I saw it at a trade show a year ago. Otherwise, you might look at some of the services that do this type of work for you. I believe I have seen a post where someone like Rodney gave a positive report on a company like this.
Mark is referring to ImagaroZ. this is a pretty awesome program. It is from Denmark. Their US distributor is Graphicalsystemsusa.com They have two levels...one used to be $695 is now $299. The pro version is $695. Most of us will never need more than the basic level. Here is a link to some videos on it Imagaro Z demo videos
Actually, I found the Vector Magic site on Spreadshirt.
Their conversion is unbelievable, and the vectorized result is almost the same, if not, exactly the same, as the original!
