Default Plug-ins for Illustrator

I'm considering doing some retro/vintage style designs. Does anyone know of a good plug-in for Illustrator to give my designs a "distressed" look. I'm thinking scuffed and faded like the designs that Starbucks is using for their current Summer promotion. It has kind of a "Beach-Feel" (which would be a great band name, by the way) to it.

Also, I have never used a plug in before, is this going to be an enormous pain in my bum to figure out how to use it?

Thanx,
Bob-O

There are some free ones here (or here for the page that link is on). Whether they're any good I don't know, but they are free

Probably not, but I haven't used many either.

Back order that. It has a superb free few plugins from these folks:

Superb selection.

And no, plugins (if good) are very easy to use.
