Default rip software for this?

Would a rip software be necessary for a shirt like this? If not how would it be possible to create this design in photoshop or illustrator?

This is very similar to another piece of artwork in the sense of the halftone. This could easily be done in Photoshop with no RIP. Do a search for halftone tutorials.

Good Luck!

halftone is very simple in PS just go to the effect menu. it basicly explains itself, just play around with it, it is more fun that way.
