How does the artist pass the vector file to client?
Guys be gentle! This is the problem: I cant draw so I found a artist who will do my drawings and send them to me in vector form. So how will this take place? Can they just email me the vector file?

you need the .eps and i think a .pdf will work too.

Sometimes our artist will create a link to download a zip file that contains the .eps files if they are too large. But most of the time they are simply emailed as an attachment.

Yes, email is usually the fastest way to get the finished artwork.
Sometimes they will upload a zip file to their website (if they have one) and then they'll send you a link to download the file.
But email is how I've gotten most of files when I've outsourced artwork.
Then you can take that vector file and email it to your screen printer, transfer printer, fulfillment service or DTG printer who will be printing your t-shirts (or use it yourself to make your own designs).
