Default How do you create a sport mesh look?

Does anyone know, how to create that sport mesh look, when I print on a regualr t-shirts.? If some can point me in the right direction.

Check out this video tutorial for Corel Draw, but you could probably adapt it to whichever program you are using.

thanks, that's what I was looking for, with the mesh fill. The dot outline is cool also. I goping to keeping try to see if I can get more of an stich than a dotted line on the border. Thanks for you help.
