are you using photoshop or illustrator???? it sounds like you have a raster image...not vector which you need to avoid the jagged edges when enlarged

in photoshop...you can 'save as' a jpg...or you can send me the image and let me see...but if it is a psd file...it is a bitmap...a raster not vector

u need to save a copy of it as a .jpg to post it.
but...
im guessing that you scanned the image to get it on your screen. did you scan it as a hi res image? did you enlarge the image any? did you use the magic wand tool to cut out the background? there could be a number of things that cause jagged edges.

I scanned it off a shirt(I know, But thats the only thing the coustomer had). The we went and redrew the image over the scan first by inverting it then using the magic wand and brush. Charles, where can i send you the psd file?

well the magic wand will give you jagged edges almost everytime. i think that is your whole problem right there. that is probably the worst tool you can use to cut stuff out in my opinion. if you going to be cutting stuff out, you should use the pen tool, especially if there are curves in it.
