Default Does anyone know where to get vector scrollwork?

I'm working on some designs using some fonts from Letterhead Fonts and was looking for some good vector scrollwork? Anyone know of a agood source for scrollwork?

If you want to see what I'm talking about, go to Letterhead Fonts: Rare and Unique Typefaces for The Artist and you'll see it throughout the designs there.

Try istockphoto.com or fotilia.com. Istockphoto is not the cheapest, but the work is good and you can buy individual items. Fotilia.com has better pricing.

I don't know of a whole collection of scrollwork off hand.

Good luck.

You could try gomedia.us , they have alot of great vector packs with scroll work for pretty good prices.

The Adobe Wood Type Ornaments fonts have several nice scrolls that can be combined and used. There are also several other wingding fonts that carry nice scrolls.

Just convert the text to paths and have fun.

tpope, your information sounds good. Is this a separate font package, or is it part of Illustrator, Photoshop, etc? I am still fumbling with my Illustrator that I just purchased, and would like to drain as many brains as possible for some help in being able to use this the way I know it can be used.

Thanks.

Golden Studios

Butler Gold

SignDNA.com - SignClip 2

to name a few.

Theres a boat load more for the signfolk. Check more on that Letterhead Sign Supply page. Like the Palms clips.

And we know we cant use any ornate goodies from YouWorkforThem...

Hope these help... yes they're pay sites. But you get what you pay for.

If you want scroll work in clipart form check out the following:

ClipartDesign Ultimate Ornament Collection

Aridi

and maybe Veer

All three of these offer vector clipart that isn't just auto traces of bitmap scans. Believe me, it makes your life a lot easier if the clipart is of good quality.

Hope that helps.

I just caught this question. Please allow me some time before I answer. I maintain several copies of software. I need to hit the CDs before I stick my foot into my mouth. (it'd been a few days since I started loading diskettes onto a Quadra 950...)

Meanwhile.. take a look through the free wingdings and dingbats

Also, take a look at this post... Add some links ifna you can

Adobe sells Font Folio. It's about 2300 fonts. You won't like the price.
My versions (upgrades) of Illustrator CS and CS2 did not include any fonts. InDesign CS does have some fonts included.
